What I have to tell you is deep and personal. I feel its important to share with you all the glorious details about the experience. Why? Because you really need to experience this as well. Right now and everyday. Just 30 minutes. Who will know?

Why is this important to you now?

I would love to say that I created this just for you because I know the challenges we are all going through in this time of rapid change. But that would not be exactly accurate. It’s hard to explain what happened but here goes …
